Pastor John Pringle and his wife June founded New Life Christian Outreach in 1987 when they received clear direction from the Lord to do so. They were told the church was to be a spirit-filled ministry with its specific goal of fulfilling Jesus’ Great Commission by bring healing, deliverance and salvation to people on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Prior to this, John and June discipled with the Rev. Phillip Zampino for 3 years after their son Mark received 2 miraculous healings under his ministry and helped the Zampinos establish a ministry center in Libertytown, MD. Pastor John also worked with Sid Roth’s ministry, Messianic Vision, and became a member of his board for many years. John was ordained by Sid as Pastor of New Life Christian Outreach.

Dell started his ministry being trained as a Member of the American Evangelistic Association in 1979. He was next trained in 1994 under Dr. Henry Wright – A More Excellent Way/ Spiritual Roots of disease, located in Thomasville, Georgia. In 2004, Dell attended A.T. Mathias, Biblical Foundations of Freedom and Wellspring Ministries in Anchorage, Alaska. In 2016, Dell attended Chesapeake Bible College and received B.A. in Therapeutic Counseling. In the spring of 2025, Pastor Dell will be starting a Zoom ministry on the spiritual roots of sickness and disease. This will be for anyone who wants private time discussing their specific needs for healing and deliverance.

Pastors Jeanet and her husband Mark Pringle are God’s prayer warriors. They are also the parents of four children and 7 grandchildren. Pastors Jeanet and Mark Pringle pray fervently daily for people to be healed and delivered. Pastor Jeanet is also our church’s worship leader, She heads up a women's worldwide virtual prayer group.
